TAG Digital Marketing

When I started working with TAG, they were only in the beginning stages of developing a reporting dashboard for their clients. During the interview process, the focus was on what I would do to improve their existing product. After a discussion with the person who would eventually be my supervisor, Ashley Woods, I convinced her that I was the right person to build out their SaaS dashboard with a vision of story-telling. A focused approach to display the most important metrics and then build them out with charts and visualization previously not implemented.

Once the onboarding process was done, I began work immediately on developing a highly visual and branded dashboard with a focus on data validation. It wasn’t long after that we rolled out the new KPI metric dashboard to the glee of our Account Management staff and clients. My role as Marketing Data Analyst doesn’t just end there, as my role falls within the Digital Marketing Strategist team, so on top of developing a modernized SaaS reporting platform I leverage my skills in graphic design, content writing, SEO, and all things under the sun of digital marketing. Below you will find a before and after of the reporting dashboard and some of the various work I do within the department I am in.
